Full Analysis of Overseas Inspection Standards for Export Guardrails | Key Points of Third-Party Inspection & Pre-Shipment Inspection

Pre-shipment Inspection Standard for Export Highway Guardrails

Overseas large-scale infrastructure projects usually require strict third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI). International inspection standards are much stricter than domestic standards in terms of dimension tolerance, zinc coating, weight and packaging.

1. Dimensional Tolerance Check

Inspectors check beam thickness, width, wave height and hole spacing with professional calipers. All export guardrails are full actual thickness with tolerance controlled within ±0.05mm. Precise hole position and flat beam surface ensure perfect on-site installation.

2. Zinc Coating Testing

Multi-point zinc thickness testing is carried out to ensure uniform hot-dip galvanizing. No missing plating, no black spots, no uneven coating. Qualified zinc layer guarantees long anti-corrosion life in ocean shipping and harsh outdoor environments.

3. Weight Verification

Full container weight checking is required for most international projects. Full weight and full thickness ensure no material cutting corners.

4. Appearance & Packaging Inspection

Smooth beam surface without scratches, deformation or burrs. Professional reinforced export packaging prevents sea transportation damage.

We support SGS, BV and other third-party inspections. All products fully comply with international project acceptance standards.
