Many low-cost guardrails in the market are made of recycled steel. Although they look similar visually, their brittleness, impurity content and unstable mechanical performance often lead to project failure and safety hazards.

All our export guardrails adopt 100% new prime Q235B / Q355B hot-rolled steel without any recycled materials.

1. Stable Purity & Toughness
Recycled steel contains large amounts of impurities, making it brittle and easy to crack under impact. Prime steel has uniform internal structure, stable toughness and reliable energy absorption performance, fully compliant with EN1317 and AASHTO safety standards.
2. Better Galvanizing Adhesion
Impure recycled steel causes poor zinc adhesion, leading to peeling, white rust and coating failure during ocean shipping. Prime steel guarantees perfect galvanizing bonding and long-term anti-corrosion performance.
3. Precise Dimensional Stability
Recycled steel easily deforms and bends after production due to unstable internal stress. Prime steel ensures flat beam surface, standard radian and precise installation tolerance.
We provide original mill test certificates (MTC) for every batch. Full third-party inspection is acceptable for global projects.
