Thrie Beam Guardrail

Our Thrie Beam Guardrail (also called Tri Beam or Three Wave Guardrail) is an upgraded version of traditional W-beam guardrail, featuring a three-wave corrugated design for superior structural strength and impact resistance. Manufactured from high-grade Q235B/Q345B steel with hot-dip galvanized coating, it meets AASHTO M180 và EN 1317 standards, passing MASH TL1-TL4 crash tests. Ideal for highways, bridges, mountainous roads and heavy-traffic zones, it provides better vehicle containment and corrosion resistance than W-beam alternatives.

Overview

Thrie beam guardrail features its shape of three waves, which has an added corrugation on the basic of traditional W-beam made as per AASHTO M180 standard. Compared to two-wave shape products, this one has a stronger construction and higher impact endurance. It is a perfect combination of high quality material and excellent anti-rust zinc or PVC coating. All of these make it outstanding at long-term corrosion and rust resistance.

Thrie-beam guardrail product is formed in accordance with the latest highway safety barrier technology for making sure its high durability and maximum strength. Meanwhile, our M180 guardrails have passed the crash testing of TL1, TL2, TL3, TL4 as per MASH.
