It is widely compliant with international and national mainstream standards, featuring a smooth and uniform surface, tight dimensional tolerance, superior formability and machinability, and is a core raw material for various manufacturing and processing industries. It can be customized with different thicknesses, widths and surface treatments according to customer requirements, adapting to stamping, bending, welding and other processing technologies.

Production & Manufacturing Process

  • Raw Material Preparation: Select qualified hot rolled steel coil (low-carbon steel strip as the main raw material) with uniform chemical composition and stable mechanical properties, and conduct surface cleaning to remove surface oxide scale, oil stains and impurities.
  • Cold Rolling: Pass the pretreated hot rolled steel coil through a cold rolling mill at room temperature for multi-pass rolling, control the rolling pressure and speed to reduce the thickness of the steel strip to the nominal size, and form the initial cold rolled steel coil.
  • Annealing Treatment: Perform continuous annealing on the cold rolled steel coil after rolling to eliminate work hardening caused by cold rolling, restore the ductility and toughness of the steel, and adjust the mechanical properties to meet different application requirements.
  • Leveling & Slitting: Conduct leveling treatment on the annealed steel coil to improve flatness; slit the steel coil into coils with specified widths according to customer needs through a slitting machine.
  • Surface Finishing: Carry out surface treatment processes such as pickling, oiling or passivation according to product requirements to enhance corrosion resistance and prevent rust during storage and transportation.
  • Inspection & Coiling: Conduct strict quality inspection on the finished steel coil (including dimensional measurement, mechanical property testing, surface quality inspection); after passing the inspection, coil and package the product for storage and delivery.
