Las normas de certificaci\u00f3n y los sistemas de normalizaci\u00f3n var\u00edan considerablemente de una regi\u00f3n a otra. Verificar con antelaci\u00f3n los documentos de conformidad permite evitar la retenci\u00f3n de la mercanc\u00eda, la devoluci\u00f3n del env\u00edo y los retrasos en la construcci\u00f3n. Este art\u00edculo recoge los requisitos de certificaci\u00f3n fundamentales para los principales mercados mundiales y los puntos de control esenciales para la adquisici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La UE adopta el sistema de normas EN. Las estructuras de acero requieren la certificaci\u00f3n CE obligatoria (EN 1090); las tuber\u00edas a presi\u00f3n y los equipos de acero inoxidable deben contar con la certificaci\u00f3n PED. Los certificados de ensayo de materiales deben cumplir con la norma EN 10204 (3.1 o 3.2). Los certificados 3.2, verificados por laboratorios independientes, son obligatorios para puentes y proyectos qu\u00edmicos de alta presi\u00f3n. Se utilizan ampliamente calidades como S235JR, S355JR y 1.4307 (304). Los proveedores tambi\u00e9n deben presentar documentos sobre emisiones de carbono conforme a REACH y CBAM, mientras que el acero con bajo contenido en carbono obtiene una prima de compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Am\u00e9rica del Norte (EE. UU. y Canad\u00e1)<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se aplican \u00edntegramente las normas ASTM\/ASME: A36 y A572 para el acero estructural, A106 para las tuber\u00edas y A240\/A276 para el acero inoxidable. Aunque no existe un sistema de marcado obligatorio unificado, los contratistas generales exigen certificados de ensayo de f\u00e1brica (MTC) completos que incluyan el l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico, la resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n, el alargamiento y la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica. Los proyectos relacionados con el petr\u00f3leo y el gas, as\u00ed como los de recipientes a presi\u00f3n, requieren informes adicionales de ensayos no destructivos seg\u00fan ASME; en los estados propensos a los terremotos se exigen ensayos de comportamiento s\u00edsmico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. CCG (Oriente Medio: Arabia Saud\u00ed, Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos, Catar)<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Predominan las normas ASTM, con certificaci\u00f3n aduanera independiente para cada pa\u00eds: SABER para Arabia Saud\u00ed, ECAS para los Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos y KUCAS para Kuwait. Todo el acero debe contar con certificados de conformidad GCC-CoC para su despacho aduanero. Son obligatorios los informes de ensayo emitidos por laboratorios acreditados por la ILAC sobre el comportamiento mec\u00e1nico y la resistencia a la niebla salina. Para los proyectos de desalinizaci\u00f3n y costeros, el acero 316L y el acero d\u00faplex deben incluir datos de ensayos de corrosi\u00f3n por cloruros; las barandillas y tuber\u00edas galvanizadas deben presentar registros de ensayos del peso del recubrimiento de zinc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Sudeste Asi\u00e1tico<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Malasia: Certificaci\u00f3n doble obligatoria SIRIM + CIDB basada en las normas nacionales de Malasia;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>India: El registro en el BIS es obligatorio para los tubos de acero inoxidable y los tubos sin costura;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tailandia y Vietnam: Se exigen las certificaciones TISI y TCVN para las barras de refuerzo y las bobinas estructurales, con inspecci\u00f3n por muestreo in situ. Los certificados GB se aceptan en el sudeste asi\u00e1tico, pero deben traducirse al idioma oficial local y acompa\u00f1arse de los registros completos de los lotes de fundici\u00f3n para garantizar una trazabilidad total.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
